Executive Corporate Portfolio
thetimelessconcept.com
Entering a market means being understood before you are known.
That is the purpose of this commission.
Our Role
From corporate information to editorial authority.
ESDIAC already holds the knowledge, the experience and the international expertise. This commission gives that authority a form the company can present.
The Timeless Concept articulates it as a single editorial work: one narrative, one voice, one standard of presentation, composed to the level expected of an international corporation.
What the company gains is not a document. It is the way it will be understood by partners, institutions, clients and the Brazilian market from this point forward.
Why The Timeless Concept
An editorial studio, not an agency.
The Timeless Concept creates executive editorial publications for companies whose reputation must travel further than a presentation can carry it.
We begin by understanding the company, its history, its expertise, its ambitions. We then articulate that understanding as an editorial work: written with precision, designed for institutional use, and composed simultaneously in both languages. Every commission is bespoke.
We do not produce marketing campaigns, brochures or sales material. We produce publications that establish how a company is understood.
The Strategic Case
Why an Executive Corporate Portfolio?
Market entry is decided by people who were not in the room.
The executive ESDIAC meets is rarely the one who signs. The conversation is forwarded, summarized and repeated by people the company never meets. At that moment, the document is the company. A presentation supports someone speaking. A publication speaks on its own.
An Executive Corporate Portfolio is built for that second life. It carries ESDIAC's full weight into rooms the company is not in: circulated internally, read before meetings, kept on file, and returned to when a decision is finally made.
Final Deliverable
Executive Corporate Portfolio
The company's executive corporate publication. One voice, one narrative, one identity, in both languages.
From delivery onward, it is what ESDIAC leaves behind whenever the company itself must be understood in Brazil. Not a supporting piece, but the one that remains.
The final structure is shaped with ESDIAC as the work develops, so that the publication reflects the company's priorities and its objectives for the Brazilian market.
The Commission
How the publication is made.
Four movements, from the first study of the company to the finished editorial work.
ResearchFinding the argument
Before a single line is written, we study the company: its history, its technical expertise, its markets, and the way it is understood today. What emerges is an editorial position: the argument the publication will make on ESDIAC's behalf, and the spine everything else is built upon.
Editorial DevelopmentWriting the company
The company's knowledge becomes an executive narrative: precise, confident, free of jargon, and calibrated for the Brazilian reader as much as the international one. English and Brazilian Portuguese are written in parallel rather than translated, so each edition carries the same authority in its own market.
Editorial DesignGiving it weight
Typography, hierarchy and pace are set so the publication reads as an institutional document rather than a brochure. Images supplied by ESDIAC are selected and sequenced to support the narrative, and every page is composed to be read with attention.
Final DeliveryWhat arrives
One publication, in two languages: the complete Executive Corporate Portfolio in English, and the complete Executive Corporate Portfolio in Brazilian Portuguese. Both are delivered as high-resolution PDF files, refined with ESDIAC across two rounds of review, and ready to be sent, presented and read on any screen from the day they arrive.
The investment covers all four movements in full, in both languages.
One voice.
One Executive Corporate Portfolio.
Written, designed and composed to represent ESDIAC with authority, consistency and distinction wherever new opportunities arise.
Inside the Portfolio
The editorial structure.
Three sections, composed as one continuous editorial argument: who the company is, what it does, and where it stands as it enters Brazil. Written to be read by the people who decide, and delivered as set out below.
Every section is researched, written and designed to editorial standard from the company's own corporate knowledge. Sustainability is included where applicable.
A publication of this kind usually runs to between 40 and 60 pages. The final extent is settled during editorial planning, once the material ESDIAC approves is known, and it follows the argument rather than a figure agreed in advance. No page is included to reach a length, and none is cut that the company needs.
Both Languages
Written for both markets.
The project is led by a Brazilian-born editorial director with extensive international experience, bringing not only native Brazilian Portuguese, but a deep understanding of the cultural expectations and communication style of the Brazilian market.
Both editions therefore carry the same editorial authority, each written to the expectations of its own readership rather than translated into them.
Project Investment
This commission covers the complete editorial development of ESDIAC's Executive Corporate Portfolio, from the initial study of the company through editorial writing, bilingual composition, editorial design and final delivery.
The Executive Corporate Portfolio is delivered as two complete digital publications, in English and Brazilian Portuguese, in high-resolution PDF, composed for on-screen reading, for presentation, and for distribution to partners and institutions.
The project begins upon receipt of the initial payment and all available corporate materials required for development.
Should ESDIAC choose to print the publication, we prepare the production files and see the work through to the press.
- Professional prepress preparation
- Bleed and crop marks
- Color profile optimization
- Print-ready PDF
- Coordination with the selected printer
Printing costs are quoted separately by the printer and are not included.
This commission covers the editorial development of the Executive Corporate Portfolio only. Marketing campaigns, website development, advertising, public relations and digital communication services are not included.
Closing
Every international expansion begins with trust.
And trust is given to a company that can be understood: not only for what it does, but for who it has become.
We would be honored to create the publication that introduces ESDIAC to Brazil.
