The Timeless Concept
Editorial Publishing Studio
Two publishing formats.
One recurring. One permanent.
Krista + Home's work can be presented through two distinct editorial formats. The Editorial Magazine creates an ongoing publishing presence throughout the year, while The Signature Book brings together a defining body of work in one permanent volume.
The following pages present the purpose, scope, specifications and investment for each.
The Editorial Magazine
Designed to evolve with the studio.
Editorial ObjectivePublished quarterly, the Editorial Magazine documents the continuing evolution of the studio through recent projects, design perspectives and carefully curated editorial stories.
Each edition sustains a considered conversation with private clients, architects, developers and industry partners, presenting new work as it is completed.

Residence
Eight months of restraint, and a single view kept clear from every room. The palette was drawn from the shoreline — travertine, white oak, undyed linen.

Recommended applications
Editorial partnerships
Available only if Krista + Home chooses to invite selected brands, suppliers or project partners to participate in a specific edition.
The Editorial Magazine may be created entirely without sponsors, advertising or external participation. Editorial partnerships are developed only upon Krista + Home's request.
Partner participation may help offset a portion of the magazine's editorial, printing or distribution costs. Partner participation and revenue are not guaranteed. Every participant remains subject to Krista + Home's prior approval and editorial relevance, and the magazine remains led by Krista + Home's identity, projects and point of view.
If Krista + Home chooses to invite a specific company to participate in the magazine, The Timeless Concept may create a dedicated editorial partnership presentation for that company — introducing the publication, explaining the proposed participation and showing how the company may be integrated into the edition.
An individual fee, applied separately to each company requested by Krista + Home. For example, five requested partner presentations at US$ 650 total US$ 3,250.
The US$ 650 fee covers the creation of one tailored partnership presentation for one company. It does not include partner prospecting, contact-list development, outreach, follow-up, negotiation, sales representation, contract negotiation or the collection of partner payments. These services are available only if separately commissioned.
The scope is defined according to the number of partners, editions and required commercial support.
The Signature Book
Luxury Coffee Table Book — designed as a permanent volume.
Editorial ObjectiveThe Luxury Coffee Table Book is conceived as a timeless collector's edition celebrating Krista + Home's most significant body of work.
Produced once, it may mark a defining portfolio, an anniversary, a group of landmark residences, or a particular chapter in the studio's history.
A second volume follows only if Krista + Home later chooses to commission one.

Timeline
From commission to launch — and into an ongoing editorial rhythm.
-
July 2026
Editorial Commission
Krista + Home formally commissions the publication. Editorial objectives, publishing format, audience and creative direction are established. The annual editorial calendar begins to take shape, and the projects for the inaugural edition are selected.
-
August — September 2026
Editorial Development
Photography is curated, interviews are completed, editorial content is written, and the visual language of the publication is developed. Layouts evolve through review until the first complete edition is approved.
-
October 2026
Production
Final editorial refinements are completed. Print-ready artwork is prepared, production files are delivered and, where applicable, the interactive digital edition is finalized. Printed copies enter production according to the selected specifications.
-
Early November 2026
Launch — Inaugural Edition
The first edition is officially released. Printed copies begin distribution to selected clients, partners and project presentations, while the digital edition becomes available simultaneously.
Launching before the holiday season allows the publication to support year-end client relationships, luxury gifting and new business conversations.
-
From 2027 onward
The Editorial Rhythm
Following the inaugural edition, the publication enters its recurring annual cycle. Each issue documents the studio's newest work while continually reinforcing Krista + Home's editorial presence throughout the year.
- Spring Edition
- Summer Edition
- Fall Edition
- Winter Edition
The Signature Book follows its own schedule, independent of the magazine cycle: approximately [INSERT NUMBER] months from commission to production-ready files, with printing quoted according to size, page count, finishing, quantity and printer schedule.
The Timeless Concept
Editorial Publishing Studio
We work with design practices on custom magazines and books, from first direction through to print-ready files.
Investment & payment terms
Printing, shipping, mailing, freight, travel, photography production, scanning and third-party production expenses are not included unless expressly stated in the final agreement.
For the annual magazine programme, the payment schedule may be divided by edition in the final agreement if preferred.
Next step
Once Krista + Home selects its preferred publishing format, The Timeless Concept will confirm the final editorial scope, production specifications, schedule, printing requirements and publishing agreement.
Work begins upon approval and receipt of the initial payment.
A studio built for one project at a time.
The Timeless Concept is the editorial work of Laine de Abreu. Every project is directed personally by the founder of the studio. Every strategic choice, every headline, every layout, every photographic brief, is made by the same hand that signs this proposal.
The studio is structured to work on a small number of founder-led projects at a time, each chosen because it warrants the full weight of the studio's attention. International in reach, exact in sensibility, the studio is positioned to produce work for houses that require a level of editorial craft above the standard of agency output. Krista + Home is exactly the kind of brand the studio was built for.
Every remarkable body of work deserves to be published with the same level of care with which it was created.
